Your invited account gives you a private place to manage project requirements, quotes and work with the ManufactureShop team.

Before you accept a quote

Read the complete scope, materials, finish, exclusions, delivery, all itemized costs and the shop’s payment terms. Accepting records your agreement with the selected shop. The accepted scope is retained as an order record. Later changes to scope, total or delivery require the other party’s agreement.

Payments

This workspace does not collect a payment or hold funds. A quote’s payment terms describe what the shop proposes. Discuss and agree any payment arrangements directly before work starts. An order status does not confirm a payment, refund or transfer.

Access and communication

Only invited accounts can sign in. ManufactureShop reviews shop profiles and selects which shops may quote a project. Project conversations are visible to the buyer, the relevant shop and the ManufactureShop owner. Competing shops cannot view each other’s quotes or conversations.

Approvals and delivery

If approval is required, the shop shares the details and the buyer approves or requests revisions before production begins. The shop records production and delivery; the buyer confirms completion. Report an issue before confirming completion, and confirm its resolution only after the issue has been resolved.
